Laura wrote a blog post in response to a weekend with Ernesto, Kaia, and Charlie Garbanzo at the beach while I was in Nicaragua.  Auntie Laura:  you've won points with CG for this post, but Kaia is the one who holds a grudge.


Defending Charlie Garbanzo

After reading numerous tales of Charlie's antics, during Ernie's visit we decided to play it safe and leave Charlie tied up OUTSIDE the house while we went out for pizza, as I really didn't want to come home to a flooded bathroom, destroyed toilet seat, or any dead animal of sorts on our doorstep.

So, out we went leaving Kaia loose in the house and Charlie safely tied with his metal chain hoping he wouldn't chew through that either.

Surprise surprise when we got home, darling little Kaia whose trashcan-knocking-down antics are never blogged about had knocked over our trash and laid it all out for us on the kitchen floor!

Next time we will be leaving both dogs somewhere where they can stay out of trouble!!!
