We just returned from a weekend trip to Manuel Antonio, a national park/beach in the central Pacific. The park is beautiful, though the mile hike into the park nearly killed me. I haven't been exposed to excessively hot weather for a few months and I think my body has lost all ability to dissipate heat.
It was worth it though. Here are a few pics from the weekend:
