When we were house-sitting for our friends in San Luis, we spent a lot of time with their dairy-farming neighbors, who also live on the property. Every morning around 6 am, and every afternoon at 4 pm they milk the cows. Ernesto tried to help every day. I tried helping once but quickly realized I was better at shooting video than extracting milk.
